We have 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef shares available for fall 2023 and spring 2024 harvest dates! We only have a handful of spots for this years beef share program so plan ahead.

HOW IT WORKS - Once we discuss your beef desires and needs and receive your deposit, you will be notified of your beef shares harvest date.  While you clean out some freezer space and we finalize your cut and package desires, your beef will age to perfection in the cooler at our local meat processor.  After your desired time of hanging, we will pass your cutting and wrapping desires on the butcher and your beef will be processed.  You will pay CCC LLC the remaining balance on the share before picking up your meat.  If you are close by, you can pick it up directly from the freezer at the processor, or we can deliver it to you at no additional charge.  If you have any questions about the process don't hesitate to holler, we love to talk beef!
